We supply high quality doors from leading manufacturers like Cardale, Garador, Homesafe, Hörmann, Henderson and Wessex. All these garage and house doors are covered by their manufacturer's guarantee.
We are happy to discuss these guarantees with you prior to purchase. We also recommend you review the guarantee terms and conditions. Details can be found in brochures, technical literature or on a manufacturer's website.
If you experience problems with a door purchased from us, please telephone or e-mail Don's Doors (see contact details below). We will do our best to help rectify any issues you may have. If the issue is covered by manufacturer's warranty, the manufacturer may deal directly with you to resolve the issue.
If installation has been undertaken by Don's Doors, we will arrange an engineer's visit to evaluate the issue and provide a solution.
If installation has been undertaken by you or another company we reserve the right to charge for labour and materials associated with rectifying the issue.
