Shipping & Delivery
At Don's Doors we want your delivery to go as smoothly as possible. Our helpful guidelines summarise exactly what we need from you and what you can expect from us.
We will confirm the delivery date for your order of garage or home door using information from the manufacturer. Some manufacturers deliver direct to your home, while others dispatch to us and we then arrange delivery to your home. We will do our best to advise you of any changes to the delivery date, but this is dependant on the individual manufacturer. In the unlikely event that you have any problems with your delivery, we will provide you with a direct contact number.
When placing an order you will need to give us the complete delivery address (including postcode) and a daytime telephone number. Someone will need to be at home to take delivery and sign for the doors.
Please advise us if it is possible to use a driveway or parking area to unload your doors. Please note that deliveries are often made by large articulated lorries. We need to know if there are likely to be any difficulties in getting to your house, as well as any lorry or parking restrictions in your street. It may not be possible to deliver your doors if you don't advise us of these details.
