Style & Design
Hörmann’s Chevron design uses two opposing panels of sharply defined diagonal ribs to create a strong visual effect. The striking Chevron style is available in both a side door and an up and over garage door. This design is modelled on its timber counterpart, and while steel often suits modern architecture it’s not unusual to find the Chevron on traditional conversions.

Operating Gear

Hörmann steel side doors open and close easily using three hinges. They can be fitted to open outwards or inwards and ordered for left or right hand hanging. A black lever handle with euro-cylinder lock is supplied as standard. You can also choose from Silver, Brass, White, Rustic, Bronze, polished or stainless steel lever handles as options.

Materials and Finish

Hörmann’s galvanised steel side doors are engineered for durability, security and reliability. The Chevron garage side door is factory finished in a choice of high quality powder colour coatings. Traffic White is the standard colour – Black, Brown, Light Blue, Green, Red, or Steel Blue are options.
