Style & Design
Henderson’s Trend sectional door applies wide ribbing to each steel section. It creates a clean and elegant appearance that is at home with traditional or contemporary architectural styles. Each interlocking section is double skinned with a built-in ‘air gap’ to provide excellent insulation properties. This is of particular benefit where a garage is integrated within the house itself. Ribbed sectional doors are supplied primed or in fully finished textured white or brown as standard. They can also be fully finished in your choice of RAL colour as a factory option. Vision windows with clear glazing can be fitted as options to let daylight into your garage with the door closed. Matching side doors are also available as an option.

Operating Gear

Sectional doors open vertically, and then each section articulates around a curved piece of track to be parked horizontally in the ceiling space. Where this is restricted a Low Headroom option can be specified. The mechanism ensures smooth and easy manual or automated operation. It also makes the most of parking space either side of the door. The mechanism is usually mounted behind the garage opening. This maximises drive-through width and accommodates arched or other shapes of opening.

Materials and Finish

Henderson’s sectional doors are constructed of tough and durable double skinned steel. This is pre-treated and finished in a choice of ten Plastisol colours: White, Mahogany, Burgundy Red, British Racing Green, Van Dyke Brown, Mushroom, Terracotta, Night Blue, Black, or Golden Oak. The strength and security of the steel is reinforced by dual locking bars that locate in the steel channels either side of the door. The bottom of the door is also reinforced with a full width aluminium rail.
