Cardale’s Carteck range makes it easy to find the right sectional door for your garage and your home.

Carteck sectional doors are available in two steel-based designs: Horizontal Ribbed or Georgian Panelled. This enables you to choose a sectional garage door that blends with contemporary or traditional architectural styles. You can also order your ribbed or panelled door with optional windows to enhance its appearance and let daylight into the garage with the door shut. There’s a choice of clear or opaque glazing with square or lattice detailing.

A selection of finishes and colours means you can match a Carteck sectional door with your chosen decorative theme. A durable and low maintenance polymer coating is available in white or a wide range of RAL colour options. If you prefer a wood grain effect there’s Golden Oak, Mahogany or Dark Oak Weathergrain finishes.

Carteck sectional doors are available in a 20mm or 40mm sectional depth. The 20mm forms a strong, secure and insulated sectional door. The 40mm offers extra strength, security and insulation if you want the very best performance from a sectional door.

Operating Gear

Cardale’s sectional garage doors are designed for effortless operation, safety and security. Each interlinked section travels in tracks to move vertically, then round and back into the garage space. The opened door curtain is suspended in the ceiling space. Vertical opening means that vehicles can be parked right up to the door on both sides and it can still be opened. The door can be fitted behind the garage opening to maximise the drive through width available for a vehicle. If headroom is limited it can be fitted within the opening. Multiple springs provide lift for easy and safe manual operation.

Materials and Finish

Cardale’s Carteck garage doors are manufactured from interlinked double steel skinned sections, filled with insulating foam. There are two profiles for panelled and ribbed designs: 20mm or 40mm. The galvanised steel receives several pre-treatments to build corrosion resistance and is finished in polymer paint or Weathergrain coating. The polymer paint and Weathergrain coating are available in embossed or smooth laminated finishes. All provide durable and low maintenance finishes. Weathergrain is applied to the front faces of a section and the rear has a light reflecting white finish.

Carteck doors are available in a standard white polymer paint finish or a wide range of RAL colours can be ordered as options. Weathergrain finishes are Golden Oak, Mahogany or Dark Oak.

Automation

Cardale’s Carteck sectional doors are supplied ready for electric operation. They use the same type of electric operator kits as Cardale up and over garage doors. An optional manual operation kit is also available that features Cardale’s MultiLatch security locking system and a black handle.
