Henderson Warkworth Castle

Style & Design
The Warkworth recreates a traditional design of panel and part-glazed pair of garage doors. A pair of vertically ribbed panels sits below a pair of standard eight-panel black glazed windows. A four panel or sunrise design can be ordered as an option. The door is supplied in white primer as standard – or in a choice of fully finished white or Mahogany.

Operating Gear

Henderson’s range of doors are designed for ease of operation using one of three types of “up and over” operating gear. Canopy employs no horizontal tracks protruding into the garage with the whole mechanism mounted to the fixing frame. When opened, one third of the door remains outside the opening to form a canopy. Tracked gear allows the door to retract fully into the garage space on horizontal tracks. Optimiser gear fits entirely to the door frame and incorporates tracks mounted to the door itself. This unique lifting gear is ideally suited to remote control electric operation. 

Materials and Finish

Henderson constructs Castle garage doors from galvanised steel to produce a strong and corrosion resistant garage door. The galvanised steel goes through a multi-layer pre-treatment process with a Plastisol white primer supplied as a standard finish. Plastisol is a flexible vinyl coating bonded to the door during manufacture. Other optional Plastisol finishes are: White, Mahogany, British Racing Green, Burgundy Red, Black, Terracota, Mushroom, Van Dyke Brown or Night Blue. Please note that colour options vary by door style.
