Style & Design
Hörmann deliver a classic look with their elegant Georgian design. Single door sizes have a four column by three row layout of well-proportioned panels. Fine vertical ribs divide the panels and complete a garage door that enhances the appearance of traditional house styles. Georgian garage doors can also be ordered with windows replacing the top row of panels. These are available as standard, diamond or cross styled designs with crystal panes. Matching Georgian side doors are available as an option.

Operating Gear

Hörmann offer a choice of well-engineered lifting gear for their up and over doors. These meet exacting European standards and ensure smooth, safe and reliable operation. Single sizes are fitted with canopy or retractable gear. Canopy gear leaves about one third of the door outside the garage when opened. Retractable gear allows nearly all the door to be stored inside the garage when fully opened, but requires additional horizontal tracks. Hörmann fit retractable gear to their double doors.

Materials and Finish

Hörmann’s galvanised steel garage doors are engineered for durability, reliability and safe operation. The combination of steel with multiple latching points also makes them very secure. The Georgian garage door is factory finished in a choice of high quality powder colour coatings. Traffic White is the standard colour – Black, Brown, Light Blue, Green, Red, or Steel Blue are all options.

Automation

Georgian is available in Hörmann’s standard single sizes and two double sizes.
