Style & Design

Cardale’s Colonial uses vertical ribbing across the whole surface of the garage door. It delivers an unfussy and subtly detailed finish that blends well with most house styles. It is supplied in a white or stone grey primer for you to finish in any choice of colour that suits. A black handle is supplied as standard – a brass effect one is available as an option.

 

Operating Gear

Cardale’s single sized doors are fitted with canopy or retractable lifting gear. Double sizes use retractable gear. Retractable gear allows nearly all the door to be stored inside the garage when fully opened. Canopy leaves up to one third outside, but has no tracks projecting into the garage space. Cardale’s canopy gear is called Safelift and there are two versions of retractable gear: Slideaway and optional Maximiser II with cranked lifting arms. The Maximiser II creates a wider drive through space for vehicles when its lifting arms fully open the garage door.

 

Materials and Finish

Cardale’s steel garage doors are manufactured from premium grade galvanised steel. A number of treatments are added to produce a corrosion resistant garage door. The Colonial is available in Prima white or stone grey primer so you can finish the door in a colour of your choice.

 

Automation

Colonial is available in Cardale’s standard single, standard double, or made to measure sizes.
