Wessex Doors Badsey ABS

Style & Design
The Badsey design from Wessex creates an ornate appearance from its shaped panels. Sharp detailing of the moulded ABS produces an ornate arch on the top row of panels reminiscent of a stained glass window. A smaller row of curved panels sits below these. The low gloss white finish emphasises the depth of panel moulding and matches white PVCu windows. The Badsey is a stylish and distinctive garage door thanks to its pleasant décor and careful detail.

Operating Gear

Wessex offers a choice of Safelift or Slideaway lifting gear for their one piece up and over garage doors. The Safelift overhead gear is compact and simple, but leaves about one third of the door outside the garage when opened. Slideaway gear has smoother operation and allows nearly all the door to be stored inside the garage when fully opened. Slideaway gear is ideal for automation by electric operators.

Materials and Finish

ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is a modern flexible material that creates a strong and lightweight garage door with excellent dent resistance. It produces sharp, detailed and deep profiles that characterise the Wessex range of ABS doors. All are produced in a low maintenance, UV-fast brilliant white, low gloss finish.
