Style & Design
Cardale’s Vertical garage door has a framed panel of vertically moulded ribs. This simple and understated design complements many different house styles and harmonises with a white front door and window frames. The brass effect handle is a fine finishing detail for your garage door.

Operating Gear

Cardale’s single sized doors are fitted with canopy or retractable lifting gear. Double sizes use retractable gear. Retractable gear allows nearly all the door to be stored inside the garage when fully opened. Canopy leaves up to one third outside, but has no tracks projecting into the garage space. Cardale’s canopy gear is called Safelift and there are two versions of retractable gear: Slideaway and optional Maximiser II with cranked lifting arms. The Maximiser II creates a wider drive through space for vehicles when its lifting arms fully open the garage door.

Materials and Finish

Cardale’s Elite garage doors are moulded from ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) and mounted on a steel frame. The resulting construction is strong and lightweight. ABS is a tough and flexible material that is highly resistant to impacts. All of Cardale’s ABS doors are produced in a low maintenance, UV-fast brilliant white, low gloss finish. The steel frames are available in a choice of Prima primed or Plastisol coating.
