Garador Cathedral

Style & Design
Garador’s Cathedral, which employs the traditional twelve panel design carved into the wood, adds an elegant twist. The upper row of four panels has a gently curving top profile, accentuating the relief of the engraving. The result is a well proportioned and finely detailed garage door with a design to resemble traditional glass panes but remaining with the classic up and over operating system, an excellent design to complement your home.

Operating Gear

The Cathedral is fitted with canopy or retractable lifting gear. The canopy gear has no tracks protruding into the garage space, but part of the door projects outside the garage when opened. The retractable gear has two horizontal tracks, but allows nearly all the door to be stored inside the garage when fully opened. Retractable gear is standard with all double doors and is an option on single doors. Cranked lifting arms are available with the Retractable Gear Plus option. These maximise the drive through width available for your vehicle when the door is opened by the lifting gear.

Materials and Finish

Garador’s steel garage doors provide an excellent combination of security, durability and reliability. Cathedral is factory finished in a high quality powder colour coating. There’s a choice of colours to match your home and highlight the quality of your doors. White is the standard colour – Black, Blue, Brown, Dark Blue, Green or Red are options. 

Automation

Garador’s up and over canopy and retractable doors can be automated with electric operator kits. These offer the convenience and safety of remote controlled operation from your car or home.

Sizes

The Cathedral is available in Garador’s standard single, purpose-made single, standard double sizes, or purpose-made double sizes.
