Style & Design

The Loxwood creates the look and feel of a traditional pair of timber frame and panel doors. Three vertical panels are defined by detailed GRP mouldings. The top of the panels slopes up from the edge of each door to its centre. The pair of doors completes a distinctive flat arch in a mirrored pattern. The Woodgrain timber effect recreates the character of timber and is available in nineteen different colours to suit your preferences. A Loxwood pair of side hinged garage doors makes a stylish and practical addition to your home.

Operating Gear

Side hinged Wessex doors offer an elegant alternative to up and over styles. The traditional swing hinges opens away from the garage on a right hand opening, with a rim lock provided to afford extra security to your garage.

Materials and Finish

All GRP garage doors from Wessex are durable, stable and very low maintenance. The front of the door is finished in a choice of nineteen very low maintenance Woodgrain timber effect colours. The back of all GRP doors are coated in white to reflect as much light into the garage as possible. The back of the door is completed in three different ways – designated as 3, 4, or 5 Crowns. 3 Crown doors have an integral steel frame bonded over for extra strength and rigidity. 4 Crown doors add a smooth white semi-gloss coating to the back. 5 Crown doors have a flat textured GRP panel bonded to the back - making it extremely rigid and concealing the steel bracing. Automation

Side hinged doors operate simply and reliably by hand and do not require automation.
